About womensprobiotic.us
What you will find here
We are the Physician's Choice editorial team, and this is our small corner for probiotic questions women ask. Physician's Choice publishes the site and makes the products we write about, including Women's Probiotic and Vaginal Probiotic, so we tell you that on every page and beside every product.
You will find short answers with the reasoning shown, the label facts behind them, and a date on each one. You will not find a diagnosis, and nothing here stands in for your own doctor. More about the company is on physicianschoice.com.
How we choose what to answer
We listen first. We read what women post in public forums and what they type into search and AI assistants, and we pick the questions that come up again and again.
Then we write the answer the way we would explain it to a friend across the table: the short version up top, the detail underneath, and no promises about what a product will do for you.
How we check a label
Every product fact we print is copied from the current label or product page, along with the day we checked it. If Physician's Choice has not published something yet, such as a strain code, we say it is open rather than fill the gap with a guess.
- We lean on the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and other government health sites, plus peer-reviewed studies, and we link each one.
- Before an answer goes live, we check every number against its source and the current label, and we put the date of that check on the page.
- We go back over every label on a set schedule and date each change on the page.
- When we quote a public post, we copy it exactly, leave out the username, and use it only to show the question.
- You will not see star ratings, testimonials, reviews or prices from us.
If we get something wrong
Tell us. Send the page address and the line that looks off to Physician's Choice through its contact page. We will check it against the source, fix the page if we were wrong, and note what changed and when.
If your question is about your own health rather than this site, your doctor is the right person to ask.
